GETTING STARTED WITH BUBBLE TEA

Bubble Tea continues to be one of the most colorful and buzzworthy drinks on the market—and cafés, kiosks, and restaurants everywhere are discovering just how simple and profitable it can be to offer it. With the right tea base, flavorful syrup, and playful pearls, you can create drinks that stand out visually and deliver a memorable taste experience.

At Nic, you’ll find everything you need to get started: ready‑to‑use tea extracts, a wide selection of syrups, and a large assortment of popping pearls and tapioca pearls. We also offer accessories, recipes, and expert guidance to help you get up and running quickly—and with strong margins.

Step 1 – Prepare your base

Start with a simple and flavorful foundation. Use green tea concentrate and dilute it with water according to the instructions on the packaging. Looking for a creamier option? Swap the water for milk or try our Taro Milk Tea Powder, perfect for a warm, rich, and comforting Bubble Tea.

Step 2 – Add flavor with syrup

Give your drink its signature character with our delicious syrups. Nic offers these flavors in both 300 ml and 2 L bottles:
  • Mango
  • Passion Fruit
  • Strawberry
  • Green Apple
  • Peach
  • Honeydew
  • Lemon
Use approx. 30 ml syrup per 300 ml drink. With the Nic pump, dispensing is clean, simple, and hygienic.

Step 3 – Add the Pearls

Here comes the fun part! Add tapioca pearls or juice‑filled popping pearls for that unique, playful Bubble Tea experience. One serving is about 30–40 g (one scoop). Choose from popping pearl flavors such as:
  • Mango
  • Passion Fruit
  • Strawberry
  • Lychee
  • Green Apple
  • Lemon
  • Peach
  • Blueberry
  • Cherry
Use a slotted scoop for easy serving. Want an ice‑cold version? Add a few ice cubes before pouring in the tea.

Step 4 – Serve with style

Pour your drink into a stylish rPET cup, pint glass, or paper cup. And don’t forget a Supersize straw, the pearls need room!

Important safety notice: Bubble Tea is not suitable for children under 4 years old.
