Terms and conditions

General
We only sell and deliver to companies and organizations.

Prices
All prices in the online store are exclusive of VAT. The total price including VAT, delivery costs and other charges are displayed at checkout. A fee for delivery will be added to the order depending on the weight: 1-25 kg 30 €, 26-100 kg 40 €, over 100 kg 60 € (VAT 0%, incl. freight) in case the free delivery limit is not met.
NOTE! 
We will separately charge any additional fees charged by the transport company, such as ferry charges, fees for the removal of packaging material, etc. Contact us for more information.

Delivery terms
Possible delivery costs are displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation. If the order is placed before 16:00 on a weekday, the order will generally be shipped from our warehouse the next business day, unless other conditions are requested. Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
(Note! The transport company delivers to some locations only 1-2 times a week. Ask for more information from our customer service.)
Please note that the waffles are delivered together with a larger load on a Euro pallet. More information from our customer service.

Payment 
Order payment can be performed either with a credit card or online bank payment. We are happy to perform a credit check if you wish to receive an invoice, payment term 14 days net. In that case, please send us an email to info@nicice.fi. 
 
Customer returns and complaints

Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer must inspect the condition of shipment while the driver is present. Any deficiencies or damage must be noted on the delivery note, so that the transport company also has a copy.
Complaints about transport damage and/or other obvious defects must be made to Nic - Finland Oy as soon as possible, but no longer than 5 days after receiving the shipment.
Notification of a complaint/customer return can be sent using the form at https://www.nicice.fi/customer-service.
The form must contain all required information, such as batch information and quantities. After the complaint is made, please send us pictures of following to info@nicice.fi

The product will be refunded after Nic has reviewed the complaint. The refund can not exceed the net value of the product on the invoice.
Customer returns will be refunded after the goods have arrived at Nic's warehouse (DSV). The refund can not exceed the net value of the product on the invoice.

We reserve the right to printing errors, price changes, changes in technical data and delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Warranties
All new machines have a 1-year warranty.

Privacy and security of personal data
When you place an order with us, you provide your personal data, such as name, address and telephone number. When you register and place an order, you agree that we will store and use your data in our business to fulfill our commitments to you. Nic Finland Oy will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
