The ideal storage temperature for this product is around 22°C or slightly higher, to keep it flowing and prevent it from hardening in the bottle. However, during storage and transport, temperatures are often lower, so the product may arrive hard. We recommend warming up the bottle in a water bath before use (not in boiling water). After this, as long as the product is stored at a minimum of 22°C, it will remain liquid.
