Toffee dip 3 kg

Item No. 78-801
Toffee Flavoured Dip for Ice Cream and Desserts

This toffee dip adds a rich, indulgent finish to ice cream and desserts. With its deep, caramelised flavour, it’s ideal for coating soft serve, pastries, and other sweet creations. Simply dip the desired product into the coating and it will quickly set, forming a crisp shell on the outside.

Ready to use straight from the tin, this dip is well suited for ice cream stands, cafés, and restaurants looking to elevate their desserts with something a little more refined and eye‑catching. Supplied in practical 3 kg tins, it’s easy to handle and designed for professional use.

How to use:

  1. Start with good hygiene - Always wash your hands thoroughly, and when serving soft‑serve, wrap a napkin around the cone for clean and hygienic handling.
  2. Quick warm‑up - If the dip is cold, place the unopened tin in warm water for about 30 minutes before placing it into your dip warmer.
  3. Position the tin correctly - Remove the frame and lid from the dip warmer. Place the opened tin in the centre of the warmer base, then reattach the frame and lid. Plug in the unit and switch it on.
  4. Set the right temperature - Start with the thermostat on the highest setting to ensure the dip warms through thoroughly. Adjust the temperature as needed to suit your working environment.
  5. Optimal working temperature - For best results, keep the dip between 40–50°C (104–122°F). If the coating doesn’t reach the right consistency, raise the temperature briefly to 55°C (131°F) and stir well. Then lower it to your preferred working temperature.
  6. Time to dip - Stir the dip before each dipping. Dip the soft‑serve into the coating for 2–3 seconds. If any ice cream falls into the coating, remove it immediately with a clean spoon to prevent the dip from hardening inside the tin.
  7. After heating, the recommended shelf life for an opened tin is four weeks. The dip can be heated and cooled several times within that period. The dip can be stored at room temperature after cooling.
  8. Keep the lid of the warmer closed when not in use. When the dip is not used for a longer period, it should be stored in the refrigerator. Opened tins should be used within four weeks.
