Tropical flakes with the flavours of mango, melon and passion fruit bring a tropical breeze to the Nordic summer. Decorate ice cream, milkshakes or desserts with this lovely, colourful new sprinkle.

Our selection includes plenty of products for creating tropical summer servings. In addition to this year's new product Tropical flakes and a tropical decoration assortment, our selection also includes mango and banana flavour syrups, passion fruit topping with coconut flakes, parasol decorations and classic tutti frutti pearls that will crown any ice cream serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 dl soft serve or 3 scoops of ice cream
  • 1 dl milk
  • 4 tbsp. passionfruit topping with coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp. mango syrup
  • Tropical flakes -sprinkles
  • Whipped cream
  • Straw
  • Paper umbrella
  • Sugar flowers
  1. Mix the ice cream, milk and 3 tbsp. of passionfruit topping and the mango syrup in a blender.
  2. Decorate the inside of a milkshake glass with 1 tbsp. passionfruit topping and pour in the milkshake.
  3. Add whipped cream on top and decorate with Tropical flakes -sprinkles, a sugar flower and a paper umbrella.

Ingredients

  • Green pear flavoured waffle cone
  • Soft serve
  • Tropical flakes -sprinkles 
  • Strawberry dip 
  1. Fill the waffle cone with soft serve. Remember to keep the cone close to the soft serve machine, so that the ice cream sticks tightly to the cone. 
  2. Dip the top of the ice cream in the strawberry dip. 
  3. Sprinkle tropical flakes on the soft serve, below the dip.

  • Waffle cup 120 ml or 160 ml 
  • Soft serve 
  • Tropical flakes -sprinkles 
  • Paper umbrella 
  1. Fill the waffle cup with soft serve.
  2. Decorate with tropical flakes and a paper umbrella.
